Who is Julio Vidal?
Julio Vidal is an expert independent real estate consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the Spanish real estate market. He has legal training (Law Degree and Real Estate Agent by competitive examination) and has held important management positions in the Real Estate Divisions of large companies such as Gestión Inmobiliaria Tein (Managing Director) Allianz (Commercial Director), AGF (Commercial Director), Inmocaral, today COLONIAL (Commercial Director), ... highlighting his position as General Director of GENERALI REAL ESTATE for SPAIN during the period 2002 - 2018 in which he was the head of Real Estate Investments of the GENERALI insurance GROUP in Spain, managing a real estate portfolio with a market value of more than 1,000 million euros (more than 30 buildings, close to 500 tenants and annual rental income of more than 40 million euros).
Julio Vidal has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in its different sectors (offices, commercial premises, residential, logistics, industrial, hotel...) covering his experience throughout the national geography.
